Spring RTS Engine

The UKM guys and a friend are in the VERY early stages of working on a mod. Geothermal vents are at the very core of teh gameplay, and i was wondering if there was a map with a single (most preferably central) geo spot. Failing that, a map with very few geo that a player must travel some distance from start pos to reach.

These come to mind for having two/three geo(s): River Dale, Omniside, Cold place...
