I get this error after I click the shortcut on my desktop. This has never happened to me on any other game. Any solution to this would be greatly appreciated, I WANT TO PLAY SPRING! :(

I used to get this error but it was with altarics version of the client, and on shutdown not startup.

So anybody know the solution? I'm not sure if it's altarics version, I got it from this site?

Completely uninstall it, then reinstall...I think I was getting this for awhile, but then I fixed it somehow...

I think in the first window that poped up there was a bug report, can you send it in?

Maybe try to start spring without having Azerus running and with Object Desktop turned off.

It's not Azureus, it's uTorrent. Also, Object Desktop is not on, it's a skin. If you knew anything about errors this one is not caused by other programs.

It's not letting me. It pops up an Outlook Express window and the error keeps popping up to prevent me from sending it.

I've got this error a few times till yet. Always dissapeared after while. But now it seems to be permant.. re-installed, uninstalled, installed on a different partition, changed graphic settings, cleaned registry.. nothing seems to help at all.

It's running smoothly again, finally. Not sure what of the now following steps were important - nor if it will fix your problem - but here's what I did in detail:

1. Removed TASpring and deleted the TASpring folder
2. Used a regcleaning program and deleted the remaining TASpring entries.
3. Re-downloaded the TASpring executable
4. Rebooted computer.
5. Installed TASpring to a complete new directory (on the same partition tho).

And so it worked again.
