I downloaded it and it is a LEGAL copy of bryce 5. The origonal posters link takes you to a site with another link to another site. Here is a quicker way.

When it is done downloading you can run the program. It will ask you to register at the bryce homepage. Registering is free. It will then give you a serial code to register bryce. After it is done, it will ask you to download some materials for water and the sky as well as other things.
The entire download comes in at around 50 mb for the main files and the extra materials. It appears that it will not expire.
