Sound request

Ok I need a few sounds for AFLobby, for:
channel message recieved
pm message recieved
message sent
contact signed on
contact signed off
notification
logout
logon
If anything I'd like them to sound more like the trillian noises than the ring in TASClient or the woman saying welcome in altaclient, and I want to be able to make them quiet and soft sounding but still audible so they're nonintrusive, as if they're being heard from the other side of a big indoor space with some echo, and simple too, possibly even just a beep....
