The tournaments and NOT SHOWING UP!

if you join a tournament, you NEED to show up, the admins job is not to run arround after no shows! its to enforce the rules!
anyone who does not show up for a tournament without prior warning or sending us an email with a reason in it will be banned from participation in the tournament and the league for a month
(note this rule will only go into force after there is the ability to remove yourself form a tournament)
