You dont have a cookie account! Cookie accounts are automatically given to you as soon as your first cookie transaction occurs, be it a cookie fine or winning a cookie.

What are negative Cookies?
When people do bad things they may end up with negative cookies. Say you had 10 cookeis and you are fined 20 cookies, maths says you will have -10 cookies!! What does this mean?
Well you cant use negative cookies, and if you gain 10 cookies you still have zero cookies, it's like being in the red on a bank account, you owe the bank money, in this case you owe cookies to the Cookie Bank.
Can I spend Negative Cookies?
negative cookies is a state of debt not an overdraft. You cannot do anything with negative cookies but try to pay them back.
How do i get cookies taken off of me?
Cookies can be taken away from you in several ways. Cookeimdoerators may inflict cookienukes and other cookie weapons on you that result in cookie bank fines. Moderators may freeze your cookie acount resetting ti to zero. Also non cookiemods trying to use cookie moderator commands can result in nasty consequences, for example !cookie person -10 takes away 10 cookies if you're a moderator from persons account.
Some people thought exploiting a bug in very early cookiebot versions would give them --10 cookies aka +10 cookies. However crappage tried to use this trick recently to give himself 5000 cookies and went from being second richest to poorest with -5000 cookies in his account.
