Spring RTS Engine

I'm looking for someone to maintaina dn advertise #trivia.

said person will be paid 25 cookies per day and gain ChannelOp status in #trivia and cookie mod status, aswell as the ability to set whatever quiz.txt they want.

Quiz.txt shall be seperated into 6 or 7 files to spread the load of working on a file with 179,000 questions, and a mechanism will be introduced to make updating the files much easier.

Said person would also be responsible or have the chocie to delegate promotion of #trivia.

I and IaMaCuP will be there to help, along with any other appointed cookiemods.

[edit]oh, I meant to ask, what exactly are you looking for the trivia moderator to do? I assume there's responsibilities that go along with the powers...

FFS I am near the top of the cookie list purely from quiz answers, I'd like to do it as I spend enough time trivia'ing anyways.

Shh, I've seen it coming =P.

If you provide a web address to a new quiz.txt that you have upload access to then I'll add a !quizupdate command that'll download it and replace the current quiz.txt.

Your duties will be to update and maintain the quiz.txt file (soon quiz1.txt quiz2.txt etc).

As usual you'll have the power to give and take away cookies, aswell as channel op status in #trivia, and should you propose anyone, people to help maintain quiz questions.

That and take questions from people to add. I know some people have written around 100 spring qustions between them.

As soon as I'm able to change the quiz.txt files let me know...

I need somewhere to download the quiz files from right now in order to write my quiz.txt updater script.....

so if I have my own FTP I can put a .txt file up on it and direct the cookie bot to download from there? If that's the case I already have the FTP so I'm good to go as soon as you have it set up and I can get access to some quiz questions.
