What do you NOT want spring to get?

Metamorph and stuff is fine, and so are upgrades, but to me, I need it to just unjam weapons and move parts

I don't like the rest of types of upgrades, to me, a unit should earn its stuff...
By getting veteran level

This si a very abd thread.
The point of feature sis that they're optional.
Just ebcause something is implemented or added doesnt means it added toe veyr mdo instantly. Features have to be turned on to be used, and its the modders decision.
So we could add any horrible feature to spring, but we wouldnt see it untill a modder started using it

Yeah but if spring had an upgrade system implemented there wouldnt be any mods using them that exist so users wont see any difference.

Most of the features should be mod controlled anyway.

Yeah, mod controlled would be nice, now as long as I can convince a lot of modders not to use too many upgrades
I don't know why, but on games with upgrades I porc a lot more

Sprite based graphics are useful for particle effects and other things like unit icons when zoomed out too far to recognize the units. Starcraft strategies? WTH are those? All RTS use the same strats, they just implement them in different ways

No I mean the whole aspect of you can only win if you click the fastest. You know...Star craft strategies. Or should I say Speedmetal strategies :)
Oh and I forgot about the partical effect's via sprites. Good points there. remove the sprite based graphics from my "non-want' list.
