Sitting at a computer all day isnt lazy.
It all depends on what you do at it.
Just as working all day isnt unhealthy, it depends what you work on and how hard you work. e.g. if your job is sitting around and being pampered for research then it's hardly unhealthy compared to doing hard labour with no breaks for 20 hours running.
