Haegemonia - Vector Prime anyone?

I wonder if anyone has Haegemonia - The Solon heritage and would like to play a online game with me. I would like to play that mod:

well they did make imperium galactica 2, then after the game did so horribly, they shut down the irc server for it...
i never played it online but 1 time still the IG2 is a great game for single player....
how was the hegemonia?

As much as I tried to enjoy it, the single player campaign wasn't much good. The blatantly obvious balance issues (which I made a mod to fix) took too much away from the enjoyment.
IG2 was an excellent game, but dumbed down as is usual with any modern game. Balance wasn't too bad, but a few things, like fighters, were borked. I finished its campaign as all three "main" races several times, had fun each time and never got bored.
Imperium Galactica though... well, have you heard of the Galactic Empire Mod for Spring? That's how much I enjoyed this game.
