Spring RTS Engine

I'm a newbie to TA: Spring though I found the game ages ago, and played the original game too. I don't play online because to be blunt I'm crap. :D

So I have the latest release, and everything works fine, except the AI skirmish players, I have tried both AIs included in the main install, one crashes as soon as I hit it with anything, the other fights back. But both build no units or structures.

Any help appreciated.

get some new A.I.s from file universe and play them with the lobby.
BTW, the best way to get better is to spectate or play real games.

Yeah, OTAI and NTAI play fairly well... if they do crash a lot.

But honestly, you can suck, and nobody will hold it against you.

The NTai bundled with spring is XE7.5, the current newset spickest spiffiest version is XE8.1RC7 which is thousands of lightyears ahead, and has exception handling to prevent crashes from occuring in the first place.. So read the AI forum
