Spring RTS Engine

Well, not quite. I'm betting wind is already implemented as its needed for wind generators. Right? But I'm wondering about other effects of wind; such as when you set windspeed in OTA to 100,000 on a map, ballistic shots get blown all over the place. (And sometimes right back into your base, boy was that fun) Would this happen in Spring? And would it affect more than just ballistic weapons? (Though we wouldn't want lasers getting blown about just so the Peewee's emgs would be) Does it affect units, or at least aircraft?

If it doesn't do any of that, I won't mind at all. Even though (extremely) strong wind blowing about Big Bertha shots did exist in OTA and was thus part of the original game...

a weather machine? u would b able to stop your enemy advancing or even make them retreat with the use of wind! or u could increase the range of your units or stop aircraft from flying (again v Earth 2150) but it would be So cool

And so energy consuming, I think that it's mroe likely to slow down hovercraft, and make it impossible for bertha type wepons to fire, hehe antibertha.

pyros would also be useless as the flame would be spread really thin by the wind............

About pyros their sould be a pryro formation, called 'pyre' or something. It would be specilised for their attack methods, where they would cluster round an enemy and immolate them!!! MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!
