Wrong Emailaddress while registration

Hello,

I just registered with the SpringLobby Client. Unfortunately, I made a typo in the email address (forgot a dot). I have now even created the email address without a dot as an alias with my email provider. Unfortunately, I can't resend the activation email again from the SpringLobby. It is also not possible to register again, since my favorite username is already taken, now.

How long does it take for an unverified account to be deleted? Is there a way to resend the confirmation email again?
