Spring RTS Engine

So, I was surfing in the web and found TaSpring, I downloaded it and started looking for my TA cd to reinstall it, so I didnt find it and had to download the whole game by Torrent. It will take few days to finish the download, so I downloaded the demo just to test Spring, it worked all right, then I download AA Mod, worked nice too, then just for test I deleted my TA demo, Spring kept working, so I ask.
Does Spring need TA installed?

Legallly, yes.

If you don't have TA installed, the FBI/KGB/Gestapo/Politburo/RIAA/MPAA will come and throw angry dogs at you until you confess.

I do own OTA, got it for five bucks in a closing down sale.

Ceap bastard... I got mine fifty bucks new. cause it was rated T and Starcraft was rated M for some ungodly reason and my mom told me to stop dithering over my choice and get the hell out of the store!

i got mine for like 30 and it was the whole pack, TA, BT, CC. i only got it because my friend said it was good and i should try it. best game i've bought to this day.

I got mine for free. for shipping cost and then another copy for £5 cause I wanted to makesure I had backups

I got TA for Christmas with BT. I got CC later.

I played hard cash (that would be 50 guilders) for TA.
And more later for TA:CC and Kingdoms
But I never thought I would have to help build TA2 myself in order to play it.

I bought it for like 19 at a second had shop, the commander pack with TA+CC+BT

I got it for a fiver at Toys'r'us when I was about seven. (didn't come off the computer for weeks, and got told off a lot for it too)

I bought mine for 7 dollars. And it was five years ago.

All ya alls who boughts it for less then how much I did buy it for are cheaters.
