seriously... I must see kicked spamming main like every single time I look at spring.
And I don't know why that codes not showing a picture. whatever, you can just click on it

This is getting frigging rediculous. Every day I log onto lobby it seems like some new user has decided to spam or lame it up. I'm gonna chat with the our moderation staff and we'll iron out a plan to get this to stop.

I think that there should be a limit like 4 chat messagees in a maximum of 30 seconds, if not the spammer should be muted for 3 min.
Gamespy uses a similar system with Dawn of War.

Filters for this kind of spammers are easily made. Just check is the same message is repeated for over 3 times in 10 sec. It stops all the 'Join my game' spammage too, you can check if they offer cookies first though

swiftspear kicked isnt a new user spamming the lobby. hes been here for a while and hes ALWAYS spamming the lobby. he just always waits till theres no mods on
normally I really don't care and wouldn't bother posting someone doing this. but ive seen him doing it for like months now

Howabout a (Star rank only) kick/ban Voting system. The people who have stars aren't particuly likely to be filthy spamming noobs, So could be trusted to Vote sensibly on if the dood who is spamming to be banned for 30 minutes. Of course, This would need Lots of coding, Because when you vote it would have to detect how many people could vote, Not just how many stars are online(BEcause in game poeple acn't moniter the lobby.)
Ie, 20 Stars on line, 15 are in game. If some noob is spamming, "/banvote <Filthyspammingnoob>, Then the other 4 stars vote /banvote <Filthyspammingnoob> Yes/no If half or over vote yes, Then He gets banned for 30 minutes, and an email is sent to the Mods for reviewing.

I'd vollonteer as a lobby mod, as I can't actually play spring online (Ie, I'll sit there and look impassive and evil till the moment I actually bite someones head off XD)
Of course, you needn't take up that offer.
