BA will move to 106

The plan is to move BA to 106. This is too advanced for me to do alone so help is welcome if you know anything about opengl4 or vulkan.
Hopefully this will open the door to more advanced perfomance and modern graphics in future.

i can try to help, but for now i'm opengl4 noob too. Turboss and me will try to fix
jauriartscommands which will be more a "hello world", lets see how we make progress.

Great! Here is a screenshot of BA running on 106 made by Nekomune.
The UI is default engine UI as no widgets are updated yet, but it shows progress is being made.
What version of opengl should we target out of 4.1-4.5?

not sure, but IMHO 4.5 as thats what runs spring as default.

I just looks like toggling advmap/modelshading to me. Perhaps whoever took the screenshot turned off shading and enabled it with the update.

The current ultra setting on BA doesn't look like this.
