Spring RTS Engine

It appears there's been some advertising uploaded to SpringFiles. Afaict there's no way to report uploads on the site itself. Links:

Also a friendly reminder that SF search isn't working. It's a lil annoying having to use Google or api.springfiles.com instead of SF's own search.

The spam has been there for months.

I haven't been able to upload content to it (i get an empty form as a response), not sure how the spammers got through.

I've also made a PR with a few tweaks to the new api front end.

Another kind of springclean both need is curation of content, setting the proper tags, etc.
