Lost Map and Battle Windows

I recently lost the battle and map window from spring, when i go to join a game nothing comes up but i have joined the game. i can't alt-tab to the window and have no idea how to get it back. help

go to the tools/options area and poke around, there is something about "task bar icon for each window" that makes it so alt-tab works... otherwise click in the "battlescreen" link at the top and it should bring up your battlescreen (it may look minimized... minimized a la windows 3.1 in the bottom left)

i accidently minamized the TAspring window and lost that too. now i have Spring in the program bar but i can't find away to tab to it or maximize it

I"m assuming you tried clicking on the taskbar button already... try bringing up task manager and choosing the tasclient task and hitton the "switch to" button...

u prolly have ur battle and map windows minimized and you prolly arent spoting them!
try looking down too see them or something like that, if it doesnt work Ctrl+B or CTrl+M to bring them up!

well i was finally able to fix it by uninstalling spring and wipeing the registry of spring

Man... I bet you just moved them somewhere you couldn't see them anymore... if it happens again... select it's taskbar button, and then hit ALT+Space then press M and then one of the arrow keys to lock the movement of the window, and then move the mouse around till you see the window...
