Springfiles confirmation e-mail

I registered on springfiles 2 days ago in order to upload my map but still havent recieved any confirmation e-mail. Are they sent out manually or what?

Although it hasnt worked before I requested yet again for another password, which this time worked, it sent me a link that logged me straight in! I never got any confirmation e-mail but I guess I dont need it now..
