Weapons damage

Does weapons damage has to be an integer or can it be a floating point number, like 25.5?

Yes it does in Spring!

That offers alot of interesting possibilities, OTA didn't support decimals at all, I believe 0.5 was automatically converted to 1...

More control over damages, particularly in mods and with units with small health point numbers (and weapons with small damage numbers).
