Can't Register or Log In

Hello, I played Spring years ago and was trying to come back, only to discover that A) I can't tell if my login credentials are correct, because the lobby "connects" pretty much whatever I enter, but always shows up empty and then proceeds to cycle connecting and disconnecting and B) when I tried to create a new account, the confirmation code went to my spam filter, and before I could get it, the dialog box to enter it vanished. Now I can't register a new account or put in the code, so I'm effectively locked out. Can anyone help me?

edit: Perhaps you were the user "Enwron". If so, you were hit by a bug (which is now fixed) and you should now be able to log in as normal with that username+pw.
If not, and you are somebody else:
1) Make sure your lobby is up to date - SpringLobby 0.269 (or later) is required.
2) If it still doesn't work, supply your logfile

Lobby has to connect to the server to attempt to log into that server. When connection is successful you will see

I am having this problem too.
I just registered for the first time. I am sure I neglected to enter the verification code that was sent in email.
Is there a way to reset or delete my account and I can re-register?

Accounts that don't accept the user agreement (which you will not be able to do without entering the correct verifcation code) are automatically deleted after 1 week.
If you try to login with your new account, you may still be able to verify it - 3 attempts are allowed.

I got it working. Thanks for your help!
Not sure which step helped, but I ended up completely removing Spring Lobby and reinstalling. Then I used "Reopen Server Panel" and it re-sent the email and prompted me for the verification code. I found the code in filtered spam and entered it in. Voila!
