new GUI, when?

I wanna congratulate the team on the 0.7 branch of spring.
The crossover to multiplatform code is one of the things i as an aspiring developer was waiting on.
The other thing i'm waiting on is the new GUI.
Once that is finished, i'd like to implement a way to load buildqueues for factories from text-files on disk.
And a way to 'pause' a factory, leaving it's buildqueue in tact, but stopping all production (also by guarding nanotowers/con-units) until the resume command is given to it.
This should ease the micromanagement involved in building armies.
So if anyone would give me an idea of when to expect the GUI conversion to be completed, i'd be very happy.

There should definitely be a way to pause a factories production. Loading build queues from a text file seems like it has no purpose though; since every game is so different.

Well, building too much causes nano-stall- This always was a pretty important thing to manage, don't know how it'll be with being able to pause production

It would be nice if the w 'wait' command worked with factory buildqueues as well as units. This would be a sort of ghetto way to pause, if you planned the pause in advance...

On that note since when did the question mark replace the full stop?
Only messing with ya.

Only messing with ya.
Furthermore, since when do transition phrases not require a comma?
Only messing with ya!

It was a rhetorical question, and though the answer was implied in my question, it nonetheless requires a question mark.

"When did lol replace the full stop in online grammar?"

Smilies logically should be able to replace a full stop. If you're imposing a graphical into a script then it's odd to punctualize around it, the graphical is supposed to be a punctualization. Lol in a way is a graphical. Although it isn't acctually graphics, it's a representitive full sentance shortened to 3 characters.

About grammar, there is a funny portuguese sentence comonly used to show the use of ponctuation:
"Deixo os meus bens à minha irmã não ao meu sobrinho jamais será paga a conta do alfaiate nada aos pobres"
The story (in the best english translation i can make) goes like this:
A rich men, watching his death coming, make his will.
"I leave my assets to my sister not to my nefew never will be paid the bill to the taylor nothing to the poors"
After his death, his nefew comes with a copy of the will ponctuated like this:
"I leave my assets to my sister? Not! To my nefew! Never will be paid the bill to the taylor. Nothing to the poors!"
Then, his sister comes with another copy:
"I leave my assets to my sister. Not to my nefew. Never will be paid the bill to the taylor. Nothing to the poors!"
The, the taylor comes and punctuates the original like this:
"I leave my assets to my sister? Not! To my nefew? Never! Will be paid the bill to the taylor. Nothing to the poors!"
At request of the judge studying the case, one of the poors also punctuates it:
"I leave my assets to my sister? Not! To my nefew? Never! Will be paid the bill to the taylor? Nothing! To the poors!"
