Does anyone know who made the map Icy_Run?

Does anyone know who made this map? I downloaded this map today and I like the first look of it ( I love small maps). I would like to fool around with it, because I think it has potential but a few serious issues (number one being that the smd is missing a bracket).
I would like to get the source images and permission to alter the map from the creator.

I slapped this map together in about....
25 minutes. I cut some corners by adjusting a smd file from another map (forgot which, but many thanx to the person i stole it from).
