Spring RTS Engine

Hi...I downloaded the source code of spring but i have NO idea how to run it like you guys does....so i was wondering how can i make the game engine run on existing stuff??

maybe you can just download the normal installer and just install the game. just go to http://www.fileuniverse.com/?p=showitem&ID=672 and clicky on the download link.

[edit]okay, having read SinbadEV's post, I realize I overlooked something: What do you mean by "existing stuff"??

I'm pretty sure you will be unable to play other then locally by just dumping all of your old TA units in with the engine... we all pay with pre-built mods.

existing stuff i mean the engine in its source stage with no 3d stuff

Yes but if you try playing with a modified executable (or mostly any other part of the game), you will fail to be in sync with the other players unless they are playing with you with the exact same version you are using.
