Because im at GMT +10, all those times are really bad. Those times for me range from 4-8 am. No way in hell im getting up that early to play Spring...

Hehehe, figured some parts of the world get a crap time....
the 18-22 gmt is nice cause both europe and america are awake and online then, and most players are either european or american.
An option would be to host multiple tournaments though on different times. As soon as Forboding Angel is done helping me out i'll see what i can do about setting something up.

Nice to see so many people engaging themselves for the game :) .
However: Do you realize this is the wrong place to post a tournament ? The
"Game lobby"would be the right place.
Second, if you go to the "Game Lobby" you´ll realize that there is a tournament starting very soon. You can register
here.
I think it would sensible to have one tournament after the other running at the moment, as there probably won´t be more than 20 people willing to play.

Red, you might get a better response if you avoided fixed times.
The way my tourney is set up is this: Teams sign up. After I close signups (they end on February 15th, hurry and sign up!), I will randomly select matchups, by pairing these teams with each other. I will post these pairings on the wiki for the tourney, and once you have a team to face, the two teams have one week to get the match played. Anytime during that week, its up to the competitors to schedule. This way, the players find the best time for them (if you can't find one block of time during the 7 day week, you probably shouldn't be in a tourney anywho <_<).
Just an idea of mine but it hasn't been tested yet, so we'll see how it goes.

Fixed times worked quite well for the original game, so i see no reason why they shouldn't work for spring. If you pick the date and time AFTER signing up you risk losing ppl who signed up but won't be able to be present.

I'm also GMT +10, so of course these times arent great for me either, but its nice raising the point that spring finally seems ready to see some dedicated tournament play. There are a decent number of australian/kiwi players out there, so i'm sure there shouldnt be too much problem running an oceania tourney also.
Perhaps we should open a forum or wiki section dedicated to co-organising several tournaments? - i especially like the wiki style of organisation for the teamgenesis tournaments allowing players to independantly post up important information
Also i'm pro towards Nemo's view, but perhaps a combination of the two is best? Say, players have a week from their last game to have their match, but at the end of the week, if the game isnt completed, also having a set time for the players to turn up, so if they havnt played their game by then, whoever is a no-show is the one that forfeits?
Just a few random thoughts..
