Spring RTS Engine

There is a program called Stepmania which is an open source version of DDR/Pump It UP/(insert other dancing pad games here)

There is the ability to make dancing characters with it...

but it breaks my brain and requires me to have milkshape 3d (i got the demo of it) basically what I'm thinking would be cool is to have the core and arm commanders converted into dancing characters, because, as you can imagine... it would be the funnyest thing ever...

also batman, if anyone can find me a batman dancing character that would be awsome...
