k994,

You've claimed (in order)
1)You updated your video drivers
2)Its a 7800, so its not too old a card
3)You don't understand how to update your video drivers
4)Your video card came from your mothers 2004 Dell
5)That you updated the drivers (for real this time ;)) and it works
6)It doesn't work

How can you hope for accurate help when you obviously lieing to us?

Since I am disinclined to believe you are using a 7800, and I told you the same thing yesterday, listen to Zaphod (who really knows about such things!).

Edit:Window title "update drivers" Go Go gadget verbose error messages.

okay

I think the best answer is that you need a graphics card... (Im pretty sure even a $50 card will beat the snot out of your integrated graphics)

However... And I'm so far from an expert on this its not funny... As confusing as it is- it looks like the 865G supports GL_ARB_texture_env_combine... So that's a bit of a surprise.

http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scripts ... uctID=1044 is the link to download drivers for the 82865G... Use at your own risk.

Your best bet is to try a few different driver versions.

FWIW- from the OpenGL info page for the 82865G:
Drivers that come with Windows* or that are downloaded from Windows* Update typically do not support OpenGL*. For optimal performance of OpenGL applications, install the latest graphics drivers from Intel.
