Replays site got flu again

Something is wrong with replays.springrts.com again. Sites are loading super-slow. Player-specific rating is not loading, also, this:
SLDB is unreachable, thus the timeouts.
I have created a bug report for the replay site to handle those timeouts more transparent to the user: https://github.com/dansan/spring-replay-site/issues/112
