What might be blocking me from attemtping to create a new account?

Maybe trying too many failed passwords for my old account?

I've never had an issue before - please help :)

Likely to be some some sort of bug, please report error message, name you tried to create, etc.

I just noticed my security software had one allowed and one blocked... I fixed that and it's now resolved.
