Thanks for reporting it, I'll talk to him. But banning him is probably out of the question since he didn't do anything serious. Perhaps you are not aware, but banning someone from lobby means he won't be able to play Spring anymore, since the only acceptable way of playing Spring is by playing it online.

FA, I don't believe (and I could certainly be wrong on this) that the client uses VBScripting. Thus, as pretty as the code you posted was, I think it'd be far more useful in C/C++ :D Also, the code you posted just provides a web page service - printing the MAC address for the user (or redirecting to an error page). It doesn't ban the person (seemed you were indicating it was, though most likely meant to give a method for finding the MAC address).

isnt there an ignore function? That would solve these problems and the admins wouldnt need to controle idiots like him. I think banning should be for people who do much more serious things like cheating or hacking the game.
The best way to get rid of these people is ignoring them.. those people WANT your attention and if they dont get it, they piss off.

no they dont. They keep going until someone snaps. And someone will snap eventually. Plus, if everyone ignores them and does nothing about it, and they just keep going, what would the noobs think when they first join? They just see this unmoderated spam channel. Not very inviting at all.
