I report really bad experience with Mantis again

Issues i had during the process:

• I was not able to change description of issue, to do corrections
• I was not able to edit my comment
• I had errors if I click by mistake on upload button in case no file is selected
• I have not able to upload a file by drag a drop
• I have lost my comment because during writing the comment someone closed the ticket meanwhile. Once you go backwards in browser, all form data are lost.
• I see no obvious way how to control formatting of my messages

Are we living in 2016?

First two are not unusual restrictions to impose on non-dev contributions to an issue tracker.

The others I can't really see why you think something is wrong, browsers are browsers and mantis doesn't offer much more/less than other issue trackers.
