I am hereby officially releasing my SPADS multi-hosting system

Despite having spring1944 in its name, it is also used for hosting The Cursed.

Care to elaborate?

This is an extension/automation of the SPADS configuration macros support and a script to install SPADS for every engine version used.

I've added licenses and README (with howto) now.

This system is now about 2 years old. It was uploaded to notabug a year ago but I was lazy with announcements.
