Spring RTS Engine

Currently there is no mac build for Spring 102.0, and it saddens me to see that mac is temporarily left behind by the autohosts. I'm in no position to help with the build, and I know others are working on it, so I won't exactly complain about that. What I would like to comment on is the lack of 100.0 autohosts left. It's nice that there's a team one, but it would also be cool for there to be an FFA autohost that is still running 100.0, at least while there's no mac build.
