Spring RTS Engine

I've started to do a bit of modeling, and I'm wondering what I should "model" my efforts after. What unit models (not necesarily TA) are really nice?

It is not very clear what you are asking...

Are you saying that you are want to modify existing non Xect vs Mynn models? (maybe with the intent to add them to the mod)
Or asking which Xect vs Mynn models look good?

What unit models in any RTS game are visually pleasing.
