Spring RTS Engine

Hi,

I am in the process of writing a game of my own. I would love to use some of Balanced Annihilation's sound effects. Of course I want to respect any license that is in place. Does anyone know which licenses are applicable, or can someone point me to the creator of some of these sounds?

Many people (including me) always play with sound disabled in BA, thats how awsome it is!

And yeah... apart from that... licensing is probably an issue. (but I'm not entirely sure since BAR doesnt have new sounds either)

I know this is sound and BA, so a bit offtopic, but I rather like BAR's music.

BA's sounds are probably cavedog's which was sold to Atari, which was bought by Chris Taylor iirc.
