fbi files in the units directory of the archive life is MaxDamage.

Huh, I didn't know that was hosted online anywhere.
Here's a zip version of that same tutorial for offline usage. It has dozens of detailed pages (and was the basis for several of the pages I originally added to the wiki, because even I learned how to make units from that tutorial). The page FLOZi linked to was just the general overview page.
