Replays don't seem to work...

I was playing AA 1v1 on flooded desert, and the replay doesn't work. Neither do any others that I have - is anyone else having difficulties with replays?
EDIT - it comes up with a whole lot of errors involving wave files and tdf's and armor.txt etc. Sounds like it isn't loading the mod.
