Spring RTS Engine

Pushed a new steam build with the latest evo but w/o SF (a mistake actually), but weblobby fails to download the map dependencies.

Edit: I am mitigating the issue by forcing Evo to depend on the version of SF needed until I can crank out a new steam build (not an easy or fast process), but that doesn't address the root issue.

which map as an example fails?

also weblobby uses a very old version of pr-downloader:

maybe an update would solve it already, not sure.
