P.S: This thread is not serios. Its Infact more because I kep see threads with "lots of people want this... " , "hay, this is a good idea to implament..." ect... and alot of people fail to realise that teh Dev team have no time!! there already doing loads!! And theers hundreds of threds that you can already add your thoughts to!!

Anyway, I would have put this in teh off-topic, but that would have been seen by alot of the culprits, so i figured it could start here.... I'm sure some admin will move it!!

gah! I was looking forward to a very interesting feature request that hadn't been brought up before, and I get this! Curses, I got my hopes up and you popped them.

i think this thread should have came longer ago, cause ppl are just madlyrequesting thousands of features as it comes to their minds without of the conscience of
1: how actually important is that feature
2: how actually improves or not game play
3: if it does or not sense (some feature requests are really funny..)
3: how hard is it or not to implement
4: there are no developers avaliable for 0,01% of the features requests

so we should focuse really only on the real important features to bring to spring and only after those are implemented request for more.

oh em gee oh em gee! I want a super duper uber 1338 unit that can like kill all by just building it with super fire laser metal plamsa eyes! It would so be the leeet wtfpwnz0rs cuz we like need it because we uber noobs say so and and and and and yea.

There are no bad ideas. These are just suggestions, up for disscussion. Even if they suck, it's good dicuss how much they suck, if they don't suck, and posibly insult the person with his sucky ideas cuz he belives in free speach and other wacky ideas, that he want to share with the world.

Bigger IS better. New > old. So be it, it be so!


Edit: To make more sense, better many suggestions with good and bad mixed together then none or phew good.

mwha, a lot fo feature requests are just a laoda tosh because they're ALREADY IMPLEMENTED

examples would be:

A rotatable camera
Changing the angle of the OTA camera (hold ctrl and scroll mouse)
Total war camera
FPS mode (press c)
The ability to queue up commands(hold shift)
Ability to auto-surround HLT's with DT.(key combo)
Ability to select all units on screen of a particular type (double click!)
Video capture (press v)
Features that leave behind corpses e.g. trees that burn and leave charred remains
The alert when the commander is attacked


and so on.....
