Spring: 1944 version 2.0 Operation Overlord Released

Some of you may have noticed that spring 1944 version 2.0 has been available on the autohost, so here is the official announcement.

The devteam, nemo, yuritch, flozi, hokomoko and jal have worked hard for a year and a half bringing us this new release sporting 2 new sides, italy and japan.
Both with lots of different toys and special units such as elite infantry, field barracks and rocket mortars among other things.
Composite ship turrets are another major feature and ofcourse the usual bugfixes, balance improvements and whatnot.

You can get it from springfiles or just join our 2 dedicated autohosts and let the lobby fetch it for you.

Does that mean you can choose the armament for the ships?

No. It only means you can destroy individual turrets on the ship (well, not fully destroy, but they will stop shooting when their HP is low)
