Spring RTS Engine

due to server problems, springfiles.com is offline. springfiles.com is up and running again!

as springfiles.com also runs the index service, automaticly downloads don't fully work atm: automatic engine and map downloads fail, automatic games download should still work as rapid (the service which is used to download games) runs on this server.

still manual download of maps/games is possible via one of the mirrors:

the plan is, to get it running again in ~24 hours.

everything up and running again!

maybe some stuff doesn't work as ubuntu was updated from 12.04 to 14.04 when restoring, if so, please report!
