Decouple shadows from /advmapshading 0

What I mean by that is, can we please make it so that advmapshading 0 does not disable shadows. A player (like me, for example) might want to turn off ssmf while still having shadows.

Having it disable shadows is making the incorrect assumption that turning off ssmf is always for performance reasons.
