Make LUPS and CustomUnitShader Framework part of the engine?

Everyone uses them. Those who dont use it, would not have problems with it, because then it just hangs in Context after load for a second before Garbage Collection dismantles them.
Would have included Chili, but there is still war in the UI-Sector.
So yes, make it official, so i can replace them with a #inlcude in the repo.
