Guishader api widget (for redui and others)

This widget shades the 3d background for various GUI elements.
It can make it blurry or distort a bit. IT makes the GUI better readable and just looks good too.
Use "/guishader" to switch between the available styles.
The package includes
- redui files (not all). console is now transparant, messages stay longer, fontsize is a bit smaller
- replay speed GUI widget.
- com counter
Download other widgets that use the guishader API:
- modificated adv playerlist
- pimped ally resource bars
(ecostats widget will support it in the future)
