[plugin] Poke

Here is a fast written plugin: it does only 1 thing: poke!

This is equivalent to the standard facebook poke. If there is interest we could write a superpoke equivalent :)

I googled what all superpoke actions are, they are maybe NSFW and maybe not appropriate here as the site consists of about 95% guys. I mean, we don't want to give people homophobia here do we?
