Feature request: prevent calling same vote over and over?

The problem with the bset command is that it applies basically to all map and mod-options, so it's hard to differentiate between options of different levels. I mean of course the !bset command has to be able to be called often, but the same sub-options within that command, there should be some kind of a spam block.
