Error when installing SPADS 0.10 (stable)

Upon brand new spads install:
What am I missing?
I read on page 1 that it was caused by someone not doing the manual updates, however, this is brand new install, brand new files, etc. I ran a diff on my files and the files in the template and they are the same (other than my changed values).ERROR - [SPADS] [SimpleLog] No log file configured, redirecting to standard output
WARNING - [SPADS] Ignoring invalid global parameter (msgFloodAutoBan)
ERROR - [SPADS] Incomplete SPADS configuration (missing global parameters: forceHostIp,kickFloodAutoBan,broadcastChannels,statusFloodAutoKick,springServerType,springConfig)
ERROR - [SPADS] Unable to load main configuration parameters
CRITICAL - [SPADS] Unable to load SPADS configuration at Startup
What am I missing?
