Spring RTS Engine

In my place it is 11:07 CEST (= UTC+1). At the bottom of the page it sais All times are UTC + 1 hour [ DST ]. But the time of this posting is noted as "12:07" - shouldn't it be "11:07"?

Did you set a different time zone in profile?

I did set UTC+1 - which is correct - but DST was on, and it's not summer
