Spring RTS Engine

Hi, I cannot play spring cause of this when i connect:
Should not the system give the name I can use so I am able to play ?

Thus my request on an admin to give me the account I can use to play ?

A a side note I think "smurf account" does not apply since SLDB exists...

More important, it only makes sense of blaming user for that if you allow him to associate an email adress with your account name so you can recover it (like any game...), otherwise that is just hypocrisy


Edit: I realize that it have been months i use the same account, so that ban is obvisouly a bug, otherwise for sake of not blaming poeple on action that they did before there were aware of the rules (i.e. you dont put poeple in jail by blaming them for action that used to be declared legal and that you sudenly decide they are not anymore), i would have been banned when that account was created. Any clue how that happend ?

there are ~50 smurf accounts associated with this. i've marked the other ones for deletion & unbanned the ip.

It may be a good idea to add something in the message that you will be banned if you create to many accounts cause some person just have no idea...

Smurf detection is not reliable always, I think wen banning there should always be a human person judging it.
