Community News ethics and rules

Can we have a set of rules and ethics for the community news feature? For the longest time I just continually updated my listing for AA, all the way up to version 1.25 or so. I figured I still had pretty good exposure since I was still near the top of the list right? Then suddenly there were like 8 news posts made, like version 1.0 of AI 1, version 1.01 of AI 1, version 1.1 of AI 2, version 1.1 of Mod 2, version 1.12 of AI 2, etc...

I feel kind of short-changed, I mean, I went out of my way to not spam up the news, but these other releasers felt no need to. I'm not saying one way is right or wrong, but I'd like a universal set of rules to posting community news so we can abide by whatever they are.

Caydr, it's nota big deal... it's called "someone posted something newer". The community news thing is just a list or a queue... there's really ntohing to discuss, man...

Dude, english comprehension, it isn't that hard. Cadyr is complaining that he has been updating his news post rather then posting new posts for every new version. This makes sense if other people follow the same protical, because cadyrs updates would almost always be at the front with the AA version updating every week. The complaint is that other people appear to be posting new posts for every slight version change, which cadyr was not doing, because he was updating his existing news post. Cadyr wants a comunity news post code of ethics. Basicly he's asking what should be considered fair game for a new post and what should be handled by a post update. Should every new AI version get a new news post? Expecially for small updates that kind of thing could easily be handled by a post update.

How many news posts are there every day? 0.5? I would say the more the better. Nice to have a small daily update of what's going on and what's new.
